When our Founders set out on the journey of building a Recruitment agency, they wanted to do this, whilst also making a positive and tangible difference on the issues that matter the most to us
A key criteria for us has been to make a difference within the local communities where we live and do business.
We want all of our staff at Big Fish Recruitment, our partnered clients and our community of candidates to be proud of the business they work for or with.
City Harvest London collects nutritious surplus food from all segments of the food industry including restaurants, grocers, manufacturers, wholesalers, hotels and caterers. We’re pleased to be supporting their extra special cause by donating 10% of Big Fish Recruitment – BFRs November turnover.
We are extremely proud to be sponsoring GoldFingers FC a local Football club based in South Wimbledon.
We have provided new home and away kits for the first and second team, along with new training kit and matchday tracksuit tops.
All the staff at Big Fish Recruitment commit to 1 day of charity work and 1 day of volunteering per year but more than that, everyone works with our volunteering platform partner ‘OnHand’ to carry out weekly volunteering in the community alongside work. The Directors encourage this from staff as part of our Well-being and Mental Health initiative.
We even have an internal league table for hours volunteered throughout the year.
